All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Stove bodies typically carry 5–10 years cover, and accessories 1–2 years. Installation by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain warranty. See our Warranty Information for details.

Universal adaptor to connect the appliance outlet to the TWPro, can also connect single wall connecting flue or vitreous enamel to TWPro. This has a flat design to give an instant transition from the appliance or connecting flue to TWPro in the shortest length
CONSTRUCTION: Outer skin is made from 304 stainless Steel and is 0.4mm thick. This is then coated in a high temperature Black finish. The Inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. Insulation is compressed rockwool giving a density of 200kg/m³. All parts are fully welded.. Distance to combustibles is 50mm.
APPROVALS: TWPro is HETAS Approved and is CE marked.. Designation Number is. EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50.. EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20.
INSTALLATION: TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are secured together by using a Locking Band (supplied).. Make sure that you keep a distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material (wood, plaster board).
