All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Stove bodies typically carry 5–10 years cover, and accessories 1–2 years. Installation by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain warranty. See our Warranty Information for details.

1000mm pipe with a rebated slip joint at the bottom that allows a connecting pipe to slide inside the main pipe allowing adjustment of up to 200mm. This allows pre installation of the chimney system and allows for safe disconnection of the appliance without disturbing the TWPro.
