All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Stove bodies typically carry 5–10 years cover, and accessories 1–2 years. Installation by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain warranty. See our Warranty Information for details.

Transitional adaptor from TWPro to MI-Flues multi fuel liner. The adaptor has a screw fix coupling that screw onto the flexible flue liner. This transition must be made inside an existing class 1 Chimney. (no flex should be visible outside the brick or clay chimney.)
