Warranty
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Stove bodies typically carry 5–10 years cover, and accessories 1–2 years. Installation by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain warranty. See our Warranty Information for details.

The Solway Medium is a 5 kW multifuel stove that complies with ECODesign 2022 regulations and is approved for use in Smoke Control Areas. It delivers excellent efficiency—75.6% when burning wood logs and an impressive 86.5% with approved smokeless mineral fuel. Proudly designed in the UK.
Built with high-grade steel and a durable cast iron door, the stove features easy-to-operate, independently adjustable primary and secondary air controls for precise heat management. An external air supply connection is included as standard.
