Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days. Large items such as stoves are delivered kerbside on pallets; smaller items are sent by courier. Free collection is also available from our Wickford showroom. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Warranty
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Stove bodies typically carry 5–10 years cover, and accessories 1–2 years. Installation by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain warranty. See our Warranty Information for details.

The Derwent is a 5 kW multi-fuel stove that meets ECODesign 2022 standards and is approved for use in Smoke Control Areas. It boasts an efficiency of 80.7% and carries an A+ Energy Rating, while emitting just 11 mg of dust.
Crafted in the UK, this range stands out as one of the most efficient stoves of its size available domestically, delivering exceptionally low emissions (dust particles) for a cleaner burn.
Variable air flow and tertiary air system
The powerful tertiary air system is central to the stoves efficiency and clean viewing window. Preheated air is drawn into the fire chamber and injected into the path of the gases produced during primary combustion, this re-ignites the gases resulting in a significantly cleaner and more efficient fire.
