Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days. Large items such as stoves are delivered kerbside on pallets; smaller items are sent by courier. Free collection is also available from our Wickford showroom. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
You may return unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note, stoves cannot be returned once installed, unless faulty. For more information, see our Refunds & Returns Policy
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Stove bodies typically carry 5–10 years cover, and accessories 1–2 years. Installation by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer is required to maintain warranty. See our Warranty Information for details.

With panels in soapstone you’ll have a beautiful, natural surround for your stove. Every soapstone fi replace will always be unique, as the veining of the natural stone is naturally variable. The naturally heat-retaining stone also provides comfortable and steady heating. A new feature in the Style upgrade is that the stone panels now have fewer joins as compared to previous models.
